Brivo ACS6100 Power Supply Board

Unglamorous, essential. The B-ACS6100-PSB is the board that feeds an ACS6100 chassis and every expansion board sitting in it — and it’s the line item people forget when they price out an expansion chassis themselves. An empty chassis plus door boards isn’t a working panel until something powers the rack; this is that something.

Power is also where access systems actually fail. Readers that reboot at random, locks that buzz instead of throwing, boards that drop offline on hot days — we get called to “software problems” that turn out to be a starved or dying supply more often than anything else. So when we build out a chassis, the power budget gets counted like the doors do: boards, locks, and battery backup, with headroom, not a supply running at its ceiling from day one.

If you’re expanding an existing Brivo panel, this board typically goes in the same order as the chassis and door boards — one quote, one visit, everything tested under load before we leave. Get in touch and we’ll spec the whole build against your door count.
