Security systems aren't install-and-forget. Ongoing maintenance keeps your cameras recording, doors locking, and intercoms connecting — reliably, month after month.

What We Support

Security Cameras

Camera repositioning, lens cleaning, firmware updates, NVR health checks, and storage management.

Access Control

Credential management, door hardware adjustments, controller updates, and access log reviews.

Video Intercoms

Panel maintenance, directory updates, firmware patches, and call quality troubleshooting.

Network Infrastructure

Switch monitoring, PoE budget checks, UPS battery testing, firmware updates, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Common Issues We Resolve

Most service calls fall into predictable categories. Having a maintenance relationship means these get resolved quickly instead of becoming emergencies.

  • Camera offline or showing degraded image quality
  • Door not releasing or locking properly
  • Credential not working for a specific user
  • NVR storage full or recording gaps
  • Intercom calls not connecting or audio issues
  • Network switch or PoE port failure
  • Firmware vulnerability requiring urgent update

Preventive Maintenance

The best way to avoid emergency service calls is regular preventive maintenance. We offer scheduled visits that include visual inspection of all equipment, firmware and software updates, cleaning of cameras and sensors, PoE budget and UPS battery checks, and a written health report for your records.

This is especially important for condo buildings and managed properties where boards and managers need documented proof that systems are being maintained.

Emergency Support

When something critical fails — a main entry door won't lock, cameras go down building-wide, or the entire system loses power — you need a fast response. Our support clients receive priority scheduling and remote troubleshooting to get systems back online as quickly as possible.

Many issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely if the system is connected to the internet. For cloud-managed platforms like Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks, we can often restore service without an on-site visit.
